CONWAY — Another new phase in Cranmore Mountain Resort ski lore was marked Wednesday as a groundbreaking ceremony was held for The Lookout, a condominium building to be built north of the new Fairbank Lodge that is nearing completion at the base of Mount Cranmore.

Dignitaries on hand for the ceremony included U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas (D-N.H.)., a frequent visitor to Cranmore on his many visits to the valley; Chuck Henderson, representing U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.); Conway Selectmen Mary Carey Seavey and John Colbath; and Conway Deputy Town Manager Paul DegliAngeli.
