ALBANY — The Constitutional Awareness Pact, a group that promotes the importance of the U.S. Constitution will hold its fourth annual convention on Sept. 13. Guns and the second amendment will be topics of discussion.

The event will be held at the Albany Town Hall at 1972 White Mountain Highway starting at 4 p.m. A meal will be provided to attendees.  There is no cost to attend. Guest speakers are New Hampshire Commissioner of Education Frank Edelblut, former state Rep. Frank McCarthy (R-Conway), Maine state Rep. Nathan Wadsworth and former Maine state Sen. Garrett Mason.
