CONWAY — There are two sets of rules in America: one so billionaires can get tax cuts and another for the rest of us, struggling to make ends meet. That needs to change, said Democrat Maura Sullivan of New Castle, who is running for the 1st Congressional District seat being vacated by U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas (D-Manchester).
About 26 people were listening to her populist message in the upstairs of the Saco River Brewing Taphaus during a campaign stop in North Conway last Friday evening.
