CONWAY — While congressional candidate Terence O’Rourke’s top priority is pulling troops from Afghanistan and Iraq, the Democrat from Alton also would like to increase the number of U.S. Supreme Court justices from nine to 15.

One of 11 candidates seeking his party's nomination for retiring U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter's 1st Congressional District seat this fall, O’Rourke was on the stump in Conway last Friday. He toured area businesses, visited the Gibson Center for Senior Services in North Conway and wrapped up his day with a visit to "Food Truck Night" in Wolfeboro.
