CONWAY — The municipal budget committee likes the $9 million police station bond but gave a mixed review to an article petitioned by resident Mark Hounsell to give voters a bigger say when it comes to construction projects on town land.

The budgeteers Feb. 13 voted their recommendations on a slew of town warrant articles ahead of the March 3 deliberative session.
