CONWAY — Whether Conway voters should place a cap on school district spending and how that might come about was discussed by members of the Municipal Budget Committee Monday.

Budgeteer Steve Angers introduced the idea, citing Senate Bill SB38, which was signed into law in August. Angers said he anticipates that School District officials will present a budget of up to $2.25 million to the committee.
