BARTLETT — The selectmen and the police chief announced Monday that the police department is operating at full strength again, after months of being short-handed.

The three new officers are Michelle MacLeod, 49 of Meredith; Michael Mosher, 23, of Madison; and Richard Laferriere, 33, of Effingham.
