CONWAY — A man who allegedly exposed himself in Walmart failed to appear for an arraignment in circuit court Tuesday morning.

Police charged Jayson Rines, 25, of Tamworth with indecent exposure/gross lewdness for an incident alleged to have taken place at the North Conway Walmart on May 18 at 1:20 p.m. The complaint said Rines "knowingly exposed" his genitals "under circumstances which the defendant should have known would cause affront," in the toy aisle of Walmart "in very close proximity to a female shopper."
