Guinta survives primary, thanks to Conway challenger

 

CONWAY — Incumbent First District Republican Congressman Frank Guinta survived a primary challenge from businessman Rich Ashooh in part because of support from towns in Carroll County, and also due to Conway's Michael Callis siphoning votes that might have gone to Ashooh.
