FRYEBURG — The cash that an Albany woman believed had been stolen from her by a pickpocket during the Fryeburg Fair has been recovered.

Cheryl Gill, of Albany, says the incident occurred during the night of Oct. 4 shortly before 11 p.m. She explained the situation to a reporter and then told police.
