CONWAY — The following cases were recently heard in Conway’s circuit court recently: 

• Bench warrants were issued for Carolann Bell, 59, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding charges of theft, violation of protective order and receiving stolen property. A bench warrant was issued for her failing to pay a fine for a driving after revocation or suspension conviction.
