BARTLETT — The final day for candidates to throw their hats in the ring for town and school offices is this Friday at 5 p.m. at the Bartlett Town Hall.

Sign-up has been rather slow through the first week with only one political newcomer getting into the arena along with a few incumbents. Erik Corbett, owner of Good Tail Lobster Pound, signed up for a three-year term as town selectman. Incumbent Jon Tanguay has not decided if he will seek a third term.
