North Conway Fire attended to the leak. 12:29 p.m. A carbon monoxide or smoke problem was reported at an apartment in North Conway. North Conway Fire responded. 3:01 p.m. Jacquelynn E. Beattie, 19, of Bangor, Maine, was arrested on a charge of theft of lost or mislaid property. 10:02 p.m. Theft of gas was reported by Big Apple convenience store, in North Conway. Feb. 20 10:03 a.m. A minor motor-vehicle accident was reported in the Holiday Inn Express parking lot. There were no reported injuries. 2:09 p.m. A minor motor-vehicle accident was reported at Woodlands Credit Union, Conway. There were no reported injuries. 4 p.m. Police investigated a motor-vehicle accident on Wylie Court, North Conway. 4:29 p.m. A girl struck her head in the Hampton Inn & Suites water park. North Conway Rescue responded. 6:08 p.m. Police investigated a motor-vehicle accident at Big Apple convenience store, North Conway. 6:18 p.m. Police investigated a motor-vehicle accident between a car and moose on Green Hill Road, East Conway. Feb. 22 11:12 a.m. Marshall F. Starace, 18, of South Yarmouth, Mass., was arrested on a charge of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. 11:12 a.m. Nicholas Powers, 18, of South Yarmouth, Mass., was arrested on a charge of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. 12:43 p.m. A woman at New Hampshire Employment Security reported having received a life-threatening e-mail. 1:46 p.m. A Madison man reported the unauthorized use of his credit card. 2:40 p.m. Three juveniles were arrested after being caught with stolen boots in North Conway. 2:55 p.m. Juan Gonzalez, 24, of Bethel, Maine, was arrested on a charge of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. 2:55 p.m. Javier Concha Navarro, 22, of Bethel, Maine, was arrested on a charge of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. 6:22 p.m. Harrison R. Hoyt IV, 37, of Center Conway, was arrested on charges of diving under the influence of drugs or liquor and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Feb. 23 2:46 p.m. Mitchell Lyons, 48, of Lovell, Maine, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief. 3:05 p.m. A car hit CVS, in North Conway. There was minor cosmetic damage to the building. 3:10 p.m. Police investigated a motor-vehicle accident at the intersection of Main Street and Pleasant Street in Conway. 5 p.m. A snowmobile was reported stolen in North Conway. Feb. 24 1:29 a.m. Courtney A. Tocci, 19, of North Conway, was arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. 8:50 a.m. A camera was reported stolen from a Redstone home. 8:56 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen from Ledgeview Apartments in North Conway after the owner left his keys on the vehicle dashboard. 11:38 a.m. Mark E. Drost Jr., 30, of Windham, Maine, was arrested on two charges of issuing bad checks. 11:41 p.m. Mitchell J. Ogara, 29, of Center Ossipee, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, aggravated driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and conduct after an accident. Feb. 25 8:46 a.m. Holly Marie Guinard, 18, of Conway, was arrested on a charge of driving after revocation or suspension. 1:39 p.m. A vehicle fire just south of Artist Falls Road in North Conway was reported. 9:25 p.m. Boots were reported stolen from the locker room at the Eastern Slope Inn.
