The planning board will be holding a public hearing on a proposed ordinance to be titled “Property Maintenance Ordinance, Town of Fryeburg, Maine” on Tuesday, Jan. 22, beginning at 6 p.m. at the American Legion on Bradley Street.

The purpose of this ordinance is to set a minimum standard for the condition and maintenance of structures and properties within Fryeburg. The draft ordinance addresses building/structure maintenance, grounds maintenance, and motor vehicles on properties. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
