Freedom Historical Society invites its members to come to the town hall on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 5:30 p.m. for the annual membership potluck dinner and meeting. All members are invited to the delicious potluck dinner prior to the annual business meeting. Baked ham will be provided as the main dish, and members attending are invited to bring a side dish or dessert to share. The historical society’s annual Business meeting will follow the potluck dinner.

At 7 p.m. following the potluck dinner and annual meeting for members, the historical society will be presenting the last program of the season: “Lakes Region Geology” by Dr. James “Jim” Vernon. The program is free and open to the public.
