Are your kids driving you crazy? Do you feel you've tried everything and the troubling behavior is still there?A free Supernanny Parent Program will be held on Wednesday, April 4, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Conway Elementary School. Watch how two local behavior specialists handle typical vexing family issues, such as problems with child behavior, sleep, mealtime and other challenges. Throughout the program, they will give tips to use these techniques at home. The presenters also will share how to handle families' most troubling concerns and will allow time for questions on any particular situations of interest. Parents who want a particular behavioral situation to be covered can submit these anonymously to info@forparentssake.com.Supernanny will be facilitated by Jackie Sparks, executive director of Children Unlimited and infant mental health specialist, and Pam Simpson, SAU 9 preschool coordinator and behavioral specialist. This program is sponsored by Valley Outreach, a coalition of local agencies and schools committed to supporting families in Mount Washington Valley. The program is free and childcare will be available with at least four days advance notice. For further information, contact Betsy Gemmecke at 447-2350 or www.forparentssake.com.
