ALBANY — On June 16, during its regularly scheduled board meeting, Tin Mountain said goodbye and hello to several board members.

Rick Steber from Glen stepped down as board chair passing the reigns on to last year’s vice-chair, Nancy Devine of Harts Location and Silver Lake.
