OSSIPEE — The Ossipee Main Street Program held a penny sale on May 4 at the Ossipee Town Hall. The proceeds from the sale are going to the renovation of the playground behind Ossipee Concerned Citizens and the police station.

Ossipee voters at town meeting approved money for the project. The playground is being researched by looking at various plans by the Ossipee Economic Council. Sample plans are available at the Main Street Building.
