CONWAY — Eighteen bakers competed in four categories at the ninth annual Cupcake Battle, benefiting Mount Washington Valley Promotions, Sunday, Feb. 17, at the North Conway Community Center.
At the end of the competition, some new champions were crowned, while others repeated.
