TAMWORTH — William F. Carroll, 71, of Tamworth, N.H., passed away Monday, May 29, 2017, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, N.H.

He was born April 16, 1946, in Boston, Mass., the son of the late William R. and Kathryn Audrey Carroll. Bill had lived in Charlestown, Mass., for many years later moving to Stoughton, Mass., before retiring to West Ossipee, where he and his wife lived for 17 years, then moving to Tamworth, after a tragic house fire.
