Robert C. Borchers

Born in Queens, N.Y., Robert C. Borchers was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Elsie Borchers and sister Lorraine Neir.

He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He served in the Navy for 27 years and retired as a chief warrant officer. He worked 10 years for Norwich Public Utility before retiring to the Granite State to "live tax-free."
