Lawrence (Larry) Dana Haley. born Oct. 31, 1943, in North Conway to Dana Haley Sr. and Helena Haley and died on March 16, 2025, at his home of 30 years in Rochester, N.H., surrounded by family after a long illness. Larry attended elementary school in North Conway and graduated from Kennett High School in Conway with the Class of 1963. As a boy, his greatest joys were hunting and fishing with his dad and hanging out with his dog Queenie.

Larry worked at Simpson's Hamburger Stand in North Conway while attending school and also learned a trade of building houses with Henry Shaw. After graduation he moved to Portsmouth, where he lived with his grandmother while working at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for Crotty Bros. Restaurant.
