Donald G. McIntyre, 80, who resided in North Conway, N.H., since 1964, died Sept. 6, 2017, at North Conway Memorial Hospital with his wife and friends by his side.

Don was born in Rochester, Vt., on March 16, 1937, to Clesson and Kathryn Curtis McIntyre Miller. He attended Rochester schools, graduating in 1955 and entered the army. Upon return from the army, he moved to Randolph, Vt., where he met and married his wife Marjorie Day McIntyre of Braintree.
