Carolyn E. (O’Neal) Eastman, 83, of Freedom died on Sunday morning at the Portsmouth Medical Center surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness. She was the wife of Richard W. Eastman with whom she shared 64 years of marriage.

Born and raised in Saugus, Mass., she was the daughter of the late John & Thelma (Greek) O’Neal. Mrs. Eastman has been living in New Hampshire for the last 11 years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and family time. The hours spent at Lake Ossipee and in North Fort Myers, Fla., were cherished.
