Kids can do their Christmas shopping again this year at the Childrens Christmas Store. All youngsters, 12 and under, are welcome to shop at the store located at Our Lady of the Mountains Church hall, in North Conway, on Dec. 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Each child will be aided by an elf to choose gifts in each of the rooms designated for moms, dads, teens and baby brothers and sisters. All gifts are priced between $1 and $5. Each gift will be wrapped by Santa's helpers to insure secrecy until Christmas. While all kids and elves are busy shopping, the parents who brought them (but cannot visit the store) may enjoy refreshments and a visit with friends at the "cafe." Also, they can shop at a specials table. For a festive preview of Christmas be sure to stop at the Children's Christmas Store. For information, contact Jean Jones, 356-2668 or Elaine Sutton, 356-2346.
