Snow dancers needed. Due to the torrential rains we just had, the annual State Snow Sculpture Competition held in Jackson, and scheduled for this weekend, has been postponed until Feb. 27 and 28, ending on March 1 at noon. The piles of snow, which had been stockpiled to make the snow cylinders to be carved, washed away in the rain, and there was no alternative but to change the date. Pray for snow to come soon.

Some town business: The trustees of the trust funds will hold a working session on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 2 p.m. in the town office.
