NORTH CONWAY – As the only New Hampshire wound care center north of Rochester and west of Portland, Maine, demand for services at Memorial Hospital’s center is continuing to grow. According to program director Lawrence Carbonaro, the addition of new provider Sherrill Ciampa, APRN is allowing the clinic to increase its availability to five days a week, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Ciampa is a master’s prepared family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years experience in primary care settings. Most recently, she worked in the hospital’s Primary Care practice before moving into her new full-time role at the Wound Care Center. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in 1998. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in many clinical settings including several offices of Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Boston Healthcare for the Homeless, CVS Minute Clinics, and for several home health care agencies.
