FREEDOM — Herbert A.R. Burroughs, 61, of Freedom, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Memorial Hospital in North Conway.
He was born on June 4, 1954, to Ralph and Luella (Hooper) Burroughs in Wolfeboro. Herb was raised in Madison for two years before the family moved to Center Conway. He attended Pine Tree Elementary, Conway Elementary and graduated from Kennett High School in 1972.
