CONWAY — Deborah Weinstein has been named the new executive director of Starting Point: Services for Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence.

The community will have the opportunity to meet Weinstein at Starting Point's annual Boots and Bling dinner, auction and dance on Saturday, June 1, at the White Mountain Hotel in Hale's Location.
