EFFINGHAM — What and when you eat can directly affect how well you sleep, two facilitators told attendees at a Tea & Talk Time program at Effingham Public Library on Thursday.
About 15 people attended the session led by Pat Messier, a nurse of 20 years, and Karen Purba of Effingham, an educator who has been on a “wellness journey” for two decades and shares her research with the community.
