Throughout the month of September, songbirds are slowly starting to leave their nesting grounds and birthing grounds in favor of more southerly locales. In this space I’d especially like to call attention to a phenomenon of September and October evenings in the sky above. Throughout September and into the first half of October, there is so much fascinating bird behavior to observe and listen for.
