Car shoppers come in many different shapes, sizes and levels of knowledge. Some buy on a whim, some follow their heart, others research and come armed with reams or kilobytes of data. We do the best we can to educate those who are unfamiliar with a make, model or feature of a car, pointing out the pros and cons, values and deficits of the offering. We feel that knowledgeable consumer swill ultimately be happier with their purchase or at least have a better understanding of their options.

Some customers admit to their automotive shortcomings, allowing us to guide their vehicular education. And while that can be scary, relying on the help of someone with a vested interest in making a sale and considering the reputation of the industry, advice is easy enough to verify.
