WALTHAM, Mass. — Larry Kohler, a Vietnam veteran whose Mastoran Corp. operates 42 Burger King restaurants across New England, including the one in North Conway, was honored recently for his work raising money through the VFW’s Unmet Needs program.

The Burger King franchisee has raised more than $200,000 for veterans and military families struggling to make ends meet.
