CONWAY — With this week’s turn to cold temperatures, Ski NH reports that many local areas have revved up their snowmaking arsenals to try to lay down a good base for the upcoming ski season.

A check with Ski NH’s Melody Nester and Emily York during on Tuesday provided the following update on local snowmaking, with cold temperatures and more snow showers predicted by the National Weather Service to continue through the week.
