INTERVALE — Ledge Brewing Co. has made a tasty upgrade to its offerings with the addition of a taco restaurant inside the tap room this summer.

The Ledge Taco Bar opened in August, features the culinary talents of head chef Jason Oppenym, formerly of the Oxford House Inn in Fryeburg, Maine. The simple menu consists of a few tacos and small sides to go along with the beers on tap.
