FRYEBURG, Maine — The newly founded Fryeburg Business Association is up and running and organizers say it is well on its way to being a asset to the town of Fryeburg.

Over the last four years there has been an ongoing effort to develop a combined business association and community interest group. Each year the interest became more widespread. Through the efforts and determination of Donna Woodward, along with the collective energy and interest of an ever-growing group of businesses in the community, the Fryeburg Business Association was formed in April. Now, four months later, the organization has welcomed nearly 80 business owners and associates throughout Fryeburg.
