Amy Jacob promoted to area sales manager for U.S. Cellular

Amy Jacob has been promoted to area sales manager for U.S. Cellular in New Hampshire. She is responsible for 65 associates and seven retail locations, including Conway, Nashua, Manchester, Keene, Concord, Tilton and West Lebanon.Amys background demonstrates a solid track record of customer service and market growth, said Dana Dorcas, senior director of sales for U.S. Cellular. Most recently, she served as U.S. Cellulars agent manager in Maine, where she was responsible for increasing overall customer satisfaction and increasing the number of agent locations throughout Maine. She has also held positions with the company as a director of the Customer Care Center, area sales manager, business operations manager and manager of customer service and administration.Jacob resides in Scarborough with her husband, Kaleb, and children, Raegan, 7, and Grant, 4, and she will be relocating to New Hampshire.U.S. Cellular is the nation's sixth-largest wireless service carrier, providing wireless service to six million customers in 26 states.
