PINKHAM NOTCH — Do you like to ski and ride a lot? Do you believe in supporting local charities? If you answered yes to one or both of these questions, here is the event for you — the seventh annual Cynthia’s Challenge 24-Hour Ski-A-Thon, planned from 4 p.m. March 13 to 4 p.m. on March 14 at King Pine Ski Area in East Madison.

Cynthia’s Challenge, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, was created in an effort to help ease the financial burden of children and their families encountering the staggering expenses associated with specialty medical needs. The 24-hour ski-a-thon has raised over $310,000 in six years.
