CONWAY — The world-class musicians of the Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival return to the Majestic Theatre in Conway on Wednesday, Aug. 14, at 7:30 p.m. This is chamber music as it is heard in major cities around the world, now available to music lovers in the Mount Washington Valley.
The program opens with Impresiones de la Puna for Flute and String Quartet, by early 20th-century composer Alberto Ginastera. It features flutist Susan Rotholz, principal flute of the Greenwich Symphony, the New York Pops and the New York Chamber Ensemble, and a frequent performer with SLLMF.
