CONWAY — The Pope Memorial Library in North Conway launched a new cookbook program at the beginning of 2022, and the group held its first meeting in February. The meeting is part book discussion, part potluck feast where every member of the group brings in a favorite dish from the cookbook for all to enjoy.
After a successful first meeting where members discussed and dined on recipes from Samin Nosrat’s “Salt Fat Acid Heat,” the next cookbook is available at the library and ready for checkout. This next cookbook is “Cravings: Hungry for More,” by Chrissy Teigen. The cookbook can be picked up at the circulation desk during library hours.
