CONWAY — After three consecutive loses the banged up Kennett High football team has seen its playoff hopes all but eliminated heading into the final week of the regular season. The Eagles, who have not been able to field the same lineup since Week 3 due to injuries, fell to 4-4 on the season in Division IV, dropping out of the  top four for the first time this season following a 26-7 defeat in Laconia on Friday.

At 4-4, KHS trails Trinity, 8-0; Lebanon, 8-0; Laconia, 6-2; and Monadnock, 5-3 in the standings and has suffered its only loses to the four teams above it in the rankings.
