CONWAY — Friday was the perfect day for a little exercise after the long, hot, humid stretch finally relented. Bryce Terry, 21, the son of Heather and Jim Terry of Conway, got in arguably a longer workout than anyone in the Granite State on Friday. He completed his triathlon to raise awareness and funds for the oncology department at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital in North Conway.

Bryce successfully completed a 1-mile sunrise swim across Echo Lake in North Conway at 5 a.m., followed by a 52-mile bike ride through Crawford Notch and finally, a 5.2-mile hike up to the summit of Mount Washington.
