CONWAY — Tennis fans had a hunch that Tuesday’s Division II quarterfinal match between Kennett High and Windham would be close but no one realized that just a handful of points would be the difference. The host No. 4 Jaguars swept the doubles, including winning two contests in tiebreaks to top the No. 5 seeded boys from Conway 6-3.

“We played very well and it was a very close match,” said Jason Cicero, Eagles’ head coach. “It was super windy, but windy for both teams. It was a tale of to sides of the court.”
