FRYEBURG — At the midway point of the season, it’s become playoff push time for the Fryeburg Academy boys’ soccer team. The Raiders (2-5-1) endured a busy week, going 1-2 but ended on an upswing with a 3-1 revenge victory over Sacopee Valley (2-3-2) on Saturday morning in Hiram, Maine.

Th win came on the heels of tough losses at Yarmouth (8-0-0 ) by 9-1 on Tuesday evening, and a disheartening come-from-behind 4-2 loss to Gray-New Gloucester (4-2-1) on Thursday.
