OSSIPEE — A Carroll County Corrections inmate passed his high school equivalency test and received his diploma at a ceremony on April 8.
Manuel Gomes, 36, of Bartlett is the second Carroll County Adult Education HiSET graduate at the Carroll County Department of Corrections since 2018 when the HiSET program was created.
