The fourth annual Kennett High Ice Hockey Teddy Bear Toss was one for the record books at Ham Ice Arena last February. The Eagles collected 264 teddy bears for Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD). (COURTESY PHOTO)

CONWAY — The weather forecast will be a little unusual for a brief part of the week — it will be raining teddy bears at the Ham Ice Arena on Saturday afternoon as part of the Kennett High ice hockey team’s annual Valley Appreciation Night.

Following Saturday’s home hockey game against Moultonborough-Inter-Lakes at 3 p.m., the Kennett team's fifth annual Teddy Bear Toss will take center stage.
