CONWAY — The Kennett High girls’ lacrosse team is on a roll. The Eagles have won five of their last six games including posting, perhaps the biggest win in the program’s four-year history along the way. KHS beat a top-five program — Goffstown 7-6 in a nail-biter at Centola Field last Thursday — proving the Eagles are a team no one is eager to face in the playoffs.

“(Goffstown) is an established program, they have great athletes and are in the top six every year,” said Jennifer Laine, Eagles’ head coach. “The girls played remarkably well. This was such a great team win for our program.”
