FRYEBURG, Maine — Residents at the annual Fryeburg Town Meeting last Thursday approved a $5.6 million municipal budget, which is 14 percent higher than last year's, and supported spending for all the proposed capital projects  but voted down an ordinance that laid out conditions for removing a selectman.
