CONWAY — The Kennett High boys’ and girls’ cross-country running teams won’t compete in a bigger meet than last Saturday’s annual Coe-Brown Black Bear Invitational in Norwood unless they qualify for the New England Championships later this fall. The meet attracted more than 1,400 runners from 32 schools from across New England.

The Kennett girls finished 16th out of 29 schools in the varsity race, while the HS boys were 20th out of 30 schools.
