BERLIN — The second-seeded Berlin-Gorham-Kennett Mountaineers girls’ hockey team left little doubt about their postseason intentions last Friday afternoon, March 6, skating past No. 10 Exeter in dominant fashion with a 7-0 victory in the NHIAA Division I girls hockey quarterfinals at Nucar Notre Dame Arena.

The Mountaineers controlled the pace from the opening puck drop, peppering Exeter goalie Maria Monge with shots throughout the afternoon while leaning on a balanced attack and timely special teams play to secure their spot in the semifinals.
